Something positive yoga has done for me in 2019……it has kept me healthy in mind and body, restoring a sense of well-being if I have been feeling low and helping me keep on top of issues with joints. It is the first form of physical exercise I have ever felt vaguely good at, having been a total reject from school sports, and it’s something I value because I can compete against myself and don’t need to feel that everyone else is a million times better than me!
